SHIPPING POLICY

(A) DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN USA

All orders will be shipped out within 2 to 5 working days by USPS, FedEx's ground or trucking service at our option depending on the size of your order. Please allow another 2 to 5 working days for delivery.

Important Remark: We are not responsible for any loss of the parcel by US post office. Our responsibility is to provide you a post office's tracking number so you can trace the parcel by yourself. The post office's job is out of our control. However, if you wish, for an extra charge of $1.85, you may ask a "Signature required" service - but in this way you will need to have a person standing by all the time waiting for the parcel to be delivered against a signature. Please let us know if you need this kind of delivery service.

(B) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

(1) Shipping to United Kingdom:
The shipping & handling charge for a pair of our animal slippers is USD36.75 by US Post Office's Global Express Service (EMS). Please use the following online store to place your order if you are ordering from UK at Online store for int'l customers

It takes around 6 working days for delivery. However, the delay caused by UK's customs office is out of our control. Our responsibility is waived from this kind of delay or any delay caused by any disaster out of our control.

(2) Shipping to Canada:
The shipping & handling charge for a pair of our animal slippers is USD18.00 by UPS ground service. We will email you for your confirmation before we charge your credit card for this extra shipping. Your order will not be processed without your confirmation. It takes 10 working days for delivery. However, the delay caused by Canadian's customs office is out of our control. Our responsibility is waived from this kind of delay or any delay caused by any disaster out of our control.

For other countries or other products, please email us for s&p and delivery time before you place your order.



RETURN POLICY

(1) For defective merchandise: It is our policy to always double check our products before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item, please email or call us within 10 days to obtain an return merchandise authorization code (RMA code) before returning it. Please write down this code on the outside of the shipping carton and send it back to us. We will ship a new replacement to you immediately upon receiving the defective merchandise. Or we will send you a refund immediately if a replacement is unavailable.

(2) For non-defective un-used merchandise: Returns will also be accepted within 10 days after you received the merchandise. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on your account. The shipping & handling charge is not refundable in this case. Please email or call us for obtaining a RMA code before returning.
